Science is nothing without art.
Health Care is an art not a science. Science has nothing to say about how to implement health care. Just like engineering is an art, not a science. Without engineering, science would not be able to improve human lives.
So when someone says, "that's not what the science says" in response to a comment about how to implement health care, it really shows their ignorance about how the world works.
